Key Responsibilities

• Access Ariba VIMS to review supplier invoice copies and supporting documents.
• Verify invoice details against information entered into the supplier system, including PHI, vendor name, invoice number, invoice date, and invoice amount.
• Check that all required supporting documents, such as acknowledged Delivery Orders and proof of delivery, are complete and properly attached.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to checking information.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
