Join our premium dining team!
We're looking for energetic, confident, well-groomed personnel who enjoy engaging with guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Hospitality or fitness backgrounds are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak periods.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control for the assigned section.
Minimize food waste while maintaining cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Assist with menu development, recipe improvements, and staff training when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
