Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Policy Administration Officer to support our insurance operations team.

In this role, you will assist with policy renewal activities, data checking and maintenance, quotation preparation and coordination with internal teams. This is a good opportunity for someone who is organised, comfortable working with data and keen to gain exposure to insurance operations and policy administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the checking and verification of renewal invitations to ensure accuracy of premium rates, member details and policy terms.
• Track and review amendments made to renewal documents by the Policy Administration team.
• Perform data entry and input relevant risk profiles and policy information into the internal Quotation Engine to support pricing and proposal preparation.
• Maintain and update the master account listing to ensure client information is accurate and up to date.
• Liaise and follow up with the Policy Administration team on member movement listings, outstanding documents and renewal-related matters.
• Perform general administrative and operational support relating to policy renewals and account maintenance.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy when handling numbers, documents and data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel; knowledge of basic formulas and data sorting would be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and able to coordinate effectively with different internal teams.
• Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
