JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure smooth store management, excellent customer service, effective inventory control, and achievement of sales targets. The role involves coordinating with pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, maintaining merchandising standards, monitoring stock availability, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable pharmacy regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• SPM/ STPM/ Diploma
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required language English / Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated
• Able to commit in retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication skills
• Having a friendly and engaging personality
• Have own transport.

Job Responsibilities

• Retail Inventory Management, stock ordering and organizing.
• Drive sales growth and achieve KPIs
• Supervising and developing retail staff
• Ensure effective product displays, shelf arrangement, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
• To assist the pharmacists in the outlet.
• Monitor cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and daily sales reconciliation
• Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times.
• Other tasks assigned by Pharmacists

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of sales targets.
• Gross profit margin and sales growth.
• Stock availability and inventory accuracy.
• Reduction in expired stock, stock losses, and shrinkage.
• Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
• Compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Staff productivity and operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
