About the role

Pristine Gateway Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Electrical & ELV Project Engineerto join our engineering team based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is afull-time position that plays a crucial role in the design, planning, and execution of electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for our diverse portfolio of projects. As an Electrical & ELV Project Engineer, you will be responsible for translating technical requirements into practical solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is essential to our business operations and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical and ELV systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and data communication systems

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities for electrical and ELV installations

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and identify potential challenges

• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical and ELV systems

• Oversee project execution, including supervision of installation works and quality assurance inspections

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for clients and regulatory authorities

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations including Malaysian electrical codes and building regulations

• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective measures during project implementation

• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to procure equipment and materials of required specifications
