Oracle ERP/EPM/SCM Functional Lead

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience: 6–8 years

Contract Duration: 6 months

Language: Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Mandarin

Travel: Willing to travel to China as required

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead functional discussions and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and configuration of Oracle ERP, EPM, and/or SCM solutions.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Facilitate functional workshops and discussions with stakeholders in China.
• Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and business users to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate functional solutions.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and configuration documents.
• Provide functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of relevant Oracle functional experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP, EPM, or SCM.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
• Willing to travel to China when required.
