Our client is an established real estate organisation headquartered in Singapore, with a strong global presence. They are seeking a Retail Leasing Manager to optimise occupancy and rental income across their retail portfolio.

You will be responsible for developing leasing strategies, securing new tenants, managing existing tenancies and identifying market opportunities to strengthen the portfolio's performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise rental income and occupancy across the retail portfolio.
• Manage new and existing tenancies, including lease negotiations, renewals and tenancy-related matters.
• Identify and secure new tenants through business development, market research and retailer networking.
• Analyse market trends, competitor performance, rental benchmarks and occupancy costs to support leasing decisions.
• Monitor occupancy rates, rental performance and tenancy matters, preparing regular reports and updates for management.
• Assist in preparing annual rental budgets, rental forecasts and monthly management reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve tenant mix and portfolio performance in line with business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant retail leasing experience, preferably in shopping malls or a landlord/REIT environment.
• Good understanding of retail leasing processes, lease negotiations, tenancy management and market practices.
• Established relationships with retailers and a proven ability to source and secure tenants.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• EAA/RES certification, if applicable to the role's regulatory requirements.

• Salary : up to S$7,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
