Client Introduction
We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs.
Job Scope
Manage daily operations across assigned restaurants, bars or F&B outlets.
Ensure consistent food quality, service standards and guest satisfaction.
Supervise staff scheduling, training, inventory and cost control.
Monitor revenue performance and resolve guest feedback or service issues.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel or restaurant F&B operations.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
