Role Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading BUZUD’s marketing efforts across Singapore and the region. This role drives brand awareness, retail footprint visibility, and integrated campaign performance to establish BUZUD as a trusted household name in health technology and medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution: Lead, plan, and run integrated 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels. Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, retail displays, and digital assets.
- Retail & Showroom Engagement: Oversee experiential retail marketing across BUZUD showrooms, pharmacy channels, and retail outlets (e.g., Novena Square 2, Raffles Hospital area). Optimize in-store merchandising and product trial conversions.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM, paid social (Meta Ads Manager), and email marketing. Monitor campaign metrics, optimize conversion funnels, and track clear ROI on all marketing spend.
- Events & Roadshows: Plan and execute product launches, community wellness roadshows, live demonstrations, and participation in regional medical conventions.
- B2B & Partnerships: Build strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, corporate wellness initiatives, and hospital networks to boost brand credibility.
- Content & PR: Lead PR initiatives, press releases, media relations, and storytelling content that position BUZUD’s technology accurately.
- Team Leadership & Budgeting: Lead and mentor in-house content creators, designers, and external agency partners. Manage and allocate the annual marketing budget efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, health tech, or consumer electronics/retail.
- Digital Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM tools. Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Skills: Strong project management, strategic thinking, copy review, and data-driven analytical skills.
- Attributes: High adaptability in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and strong team leadership.
