• Strong understanding of business process analysis and modelling.

• Knowledge of ArchiMate and/or Archi modelling tool is highly preferred.

• Able to understand complex business processes and translate them into structured models and requirements.

• Experience or exposure to tender/procurement exercises, preferably involving ICT, software, system integration, or digital transformation projects.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in an Agile development environment.

• Able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Background

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical and technical understanding may be considered; candidates with hands-on ICT tender experience will have an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who can understand the business, model the process, translate requirements into technical needs, support tender exercises, and work effectively with both stakeholders and the system development team.

• Analyse and understand business processes, workflows, requirements, and operational needs.

• Engage with stakeholders to identify business issues, requirements, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and system requirements.

• Develop As-Is and To-Be business process models.

• Prepare BRD, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and related documentation.

• Work closely with software developers, system analysts, architects, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

• Support UAT, requirement validation, and solution implementation.

• Participate in tender exercises, including preparation and review of technical requirements, scope of work, specifications, compliance requirements, and proposal documentation.

• Support technical and commercial tender evaluation, clarification sessions, and preparation of evaluation documentation where required.
