Interested in building your sales skills and eventually helping others develop theirs?

Royal Organisation is looking for individuals who want to learn through experience and work towards greater responsibility. You’ll begin with face-to-face campaign sales, supported by coaching and regular feedback.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn to present client offerings at assigned campaign locations.
• Engage potential customers and respond to their questions.
• Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
• Participate in training and apply feedback consistently.
• Take on newcomer support responsibilities as your skills develop.
