The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced facilities management professional to oversee daily operations, manage outsourced service providers and ensure effective delivery of facilities services across its Singapore operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hard and soft facilities services, including building maintenance, cleaning, security and workplace support.

• Manage outsourced vendors, monitoring performance against SLAs, KPIs and contractual requirements.

• Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders and service providers, resolving operational issues.

• Conduct vendor reviews, site inspections and performance assessments.

• Prepare monthly management reports covering service delivery and operational performance.

• Drive cost optimisation, service improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Business or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant facilities management experience covering hard and soft services.

• Experience in outsourced vendor management, SLA monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

• Exposure to office, laboratory, manufacturing or hospitality environments is advantageous.

• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
