岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily formwork activities at construction sites.
Lead and manage workers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret construction drawings and formwork plans.
Plan and arrange manpower, materials, tools and equipment.
Monitor work progress, productivity and quality to meet project schedules.
Ensure all formwork installation and dismantling activities comply with safety regulations.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure workers follow workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
Inspect completed formwork and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Report daily work progress and resolve site-related issues.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in formwork or building construction.
Good knowledge of formwork systems and construction site operations.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to supervise and coordinate construction workers effectively.
Familiar with Singapore construction safety requirements.
Willing to work at different construction sites.
Able to work overtime when required.
Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team.
