Job Summary

The Business Development Manager drives corporate growth by acquiring new client accounts and securing recruitment service agreements (executive search, permanent placement, contract/contingent staffing, and RPO) across various industries.

This role targets commercial B2B sales,

corporate partnerships,

and workforce strategy solutions,

explicitly excluding domestic worker/helper placement services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute systems projects by managing budgeting, hiring, and sourcing partners, vendors, and contractors to meet project goals
• Manage software projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints to deliver specified requirements and satisfy customer expectations
• Develop and maintain detailed work plans with the software engineering team to assign tasks effectively, track progress, and ensure timely project completion within budget
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Monitor software development progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support project success and business growth
• Align and manage partners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure their contributions meet project goals
• Motivate team members and resolve conflicts to foster a productive and collaborative work environment
• Train and mentor software developers to enhance their skills and performance
• Oversee the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, release, training, and documentation
