Finance & Payroll
Managed AP/AR workflows to optimize company cash flow.
Assist to process accurate payroll cycles, ensuring 100% compliance with disbursement schedules.
Audited business expenses and reconciled financial transactions.
People & Culture
Coordinated the new-hire journey from orientation to integration.
Secured sensitive personnel data and managed HR compliance documentation.
Provided administrative support for performance reviews and professional development tracking.
Operations Support
Enhanced office productivity through systematic record-keeping and correspondence management.
Demonstrated high-level multitasking capabilities by bridging the gap between finance and HR departments.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern with a background in Finance or HR. You should demonstrate a strong work ethic and the multitasking capabilities necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
