Enjoy interacting with people? Help customers navigate everyday banking and become more confident using digital services!
Salary: $2,100–$2,400/month
Location: Multiple bank branches across Singapore—share your preferred area!
Contract: 4 months, with potential extension
Working Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday half-day
Typical hours: 11am–6.30pm on weekdays and 11am–2pm on Saturdays. Actual hours vary by branch.
What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and identify their needs when they enter the branch
Guide customers to suitable self-service machines and digital banking channels
Assist customers with internet banking and the bank’s mobile app
Record customers’ reasons for visiting and service needs using a checklist
Support a smooth and positive branch experience
What You’ll Need
Minimum GCE O Levels
Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging customers
Comfortable using digital banking services and explaining simple steps
Able to stand for extended periods
Able to commit to the contract and working schedule
