Perform demand and forecast planning to support production requirements.
Plan and schedule production orders based on demand, capacity, materials, and available resources.
Coordinate with Project Leaders, Planners, and Production Supervisors to prioritize work according to delivery schedules.
Manage material and production planning, including material requisitions, BOM maintenance, and implementation of design changes.
Confirm customer orders based on material availability and production capacity.
Plan and coordinate with the Purchasing team on material deliveries to ensure timely availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Monitor material availability to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
Prepare periodic reports on Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory and buy-down claims.
Ensure timely closure of production orders to facilitate accurate and timely invoicing.
Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports for management and cross-functional teams, providing timely data analysis to support business decision-making.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Candidates with relevant experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations are preferred.
