Responsibilities:

• Manage lighting projects from tender / bidding to project completion, including project scope, budgeting, procurement, supplier coordination with local and overseas manufacturers.

• Oversee liaison with customers, main contractors, M&E consultants, and architects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review contracts, technical specifications, and project drawings to identify potential risks, discrepancies, scope gaps, and variations at an early stage.

• Monitor project expenditure & profit margins costs including variations & progress claims, final accounts settlements.

• Provide project reporting to management on project progress, cash flow forecasts, and key operational or commercial matters.

Requirements:

• Tertiary / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred

• Prior experience in lighting control systems would be an added advantage

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
