We are a leading eLearning content development and digital media service provider, delivering engaging digital learning solutions for government agencies, educational institutions and corporate clients.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, organised and resourceful Learning Designer/Instructional Designer to join our team.

You will transform client-provided content into engaging digital learning experiences, from developing storyboards and conceptualising interactive activities to coordinating with our multimedia and development teams to bring eLearning modules to life.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with content, has a creative mindset and can take ownership of the development process from start to finish.

We actively use AI tools to streamline our workflows, and training on our eLearning development tools and processes will be provided.

Candidates from eLearning, instructional design, digital content, multimedia, UI/UX or related backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, organise and transform client-provided materials into clear, structured and engaging eLearning content.

• Develop storyboards, scripts and content outlines for digital learning modules.

• Conceptualise interactive learning activities, quizzes, scenarios and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.

• Suggest creative ways to present complex information through visuals, storytelling and interactions.

• Use AI tools to support content development, storyboarding, ideation and production workflows.

• Prepare content, design references and supporting materials for multimedia developers.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers and developers throughout the eLearning development process.

• Review developed modules, consolidate feedback and coordinate revisions.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through from initial content preparation to final delivery.

• Ensure content quality, consistency and timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, Design, Education or a related field.

• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in content development, eLearning, instructional design, multimedia or digital media.

• Good writing skills with the ability to organise and simplify information into clear, engaging content.

• Creative mindset with a good sense of visual storytelling and interactive content design.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

• Comfortable using AI tools and adapting to new technologies and workflows.

Added Advantages (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in eLearning storyboarding, instructional design or educational content development.

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate or similar eLearning tools.

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or multimedia design.

• Experience coordinating digital content or multimedia production projects.

Prior experience with specific eLearning authoring tools is not required. We welcome candidates with transferable skills who are eager to learn and grow with us.
