Location: Jalan Kuning, Taman Pelangi

Working time: 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in monitoring payments, outstanding balances, and customer or supplier accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and other accounting-related reports.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded and supporting documents are well maintained.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting activities.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and suppliers regarding accounting and payment matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• SPM/ Diploma or above in the related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounting procedures.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
