What You Will Learn & Experience

• Gain first-hand exposure to the franchised bus industry and the Company’s operations;

• Develop practical knowledge and skills through on-the-job experience and structured training;

• Learn from experienced colleagues and receive guidance throughout the Programme;

• Develop your communication, problem-solving, project management and professional skills;

• Gain exposure to data analysis, digital technology and AI-enabled tools;

• Work with colleagues across different functions and gain a broader understanding of the business; and

• Explore your potential and build a strong foundation for your future career with the Company.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in any discipline;

• 2 years of work experience, fresh graduate will also be considered;

• Strong learning agility, curiosity and willingness to learn;

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges;

• Good communication and teamwork skills; and

• Genuine interest in developing a career in the franchised bus industry.
