Requirements

  • 具备1年以上相关销售经验，有房地产销售经验者优先。
  • 具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和客户服务意识。
  • 积极主动，有强烈的学习意愿和抗压能力。
  • 对房地产市场有浓厚兴趣，渴望在房产领域获得成功。
  • 能够独立工作，也能有效协作。
  • 有责任心，能够承受工作压力并达成销售目标。

Responsibilities

  • 接待客户，了解客户需求，提供专业的房产咨询服务。
  • 收集和分析市场信息，为客户提供有价值的投资建议。
  • 陪同客户看房，介绍房产的特点和优势。
  • 协助客户完成购房交易流程，包括签订合同、办理贷款等。
  • 维护客户关系，定期回访，提供售后服务。
  • 完成公司设定的销售目标和业绩指标。
