Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

At least 3 years of customer service experience within

consumer electronics.

Strong knowledge in

gemstones, diamonds, or precision engineering industries.

Good communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently or within a team.
