岗位职责
Ascendo Academy is a Private Education Institute (PEI) and Registered Training Provider (RTP). The Academic Executive supports curriculum development, academic quality assurance, trainer liaison and training delivery. You will maintain high academic standards, review course materials, work with SMEs and trainers to build customised client programmes, and conduct TTT and classes when required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and review course proposals, courseware and curriculum materials.
Periodically audit and update existing courseware to sustain course quality.
Maintain academic excellence and compliance for Ascendo as a PEI and RTP.
Improve learning experience by deploying instructional tools, software and learning technologies.
Liaise with trainers and subject matter experts to design custom courses meeting client requirements.
Support Quality Assurance in monitoring course delivery and assessment quality.
Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshops and conduct classes as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, IT or related fields.
Experience in curriculum development, academic administration or corporate training; PEI/RTP background is preferred.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and education quality assurance practices.
Hands-on familiarity with instructional and e-learning tools.
Strong coordination and communication skills to engage trainers, SMEs and clients.
Meticulous, able to handle multiple projects and comfortable with training facilitation and TTT delivery.

We are MOM (Ministry of Manpower) approved Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) auditors. We are also a SSG (SkillsFuture Singapore) Approved Training Organization (ATO) since 2008 offering over 40 WSQ modules and trained more than 100,000 learners and counting.
