Grinding Technician

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 basic (based on experience) + Allowances
Employment Type: Contract with Permanent Benefits
Working Days: Monday – Friday, Rotating Shifts

Working Hours: AM Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, PM Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding machine untuk produce precision parts ikut engineering drawings & specifications.
• Perform profile grinding, angle grinding & mirror surface finishing.
• Work with tight tolerance, including flatness tolerance up to 0.002mm.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints & machining specifications.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances serta buat measurement on workpieces.
• Perform machine setup and prepare workpieces before production.
• Set up and maintain grinding wheels according to machining requirements.
• Check finished parts using height gauge, profile projector and other precision measuring tools.
• Perform basic machine maintenance with support from maintenance team.
• Ensure work meets quality & safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Certificate, SKM LVL 3/Diploma atau Degree dalam Mechanical Engineering atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 1 - 2 tahun pengalaman dalam grinding machining atau precision machining.
• Mempunyai pengalaman membaca engineering drawings serta memahami dimensions dan tolerances.
• Mampu menggunakan precision measuring instruments.
• Boleh bekerja secara independent dan juga dalam team.
• Good communication dan problem-solving skills.
• Mampu bekerja dalam fast-paced environment dan under pressure.
• Bersedia untuk bekerja secara rotating shift.
