Job Description

As an Operations Relationship Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for distribution partners on operational matters, ensuring a seamless experience through effective communication and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Manage operational enquiries, requests, and feedback from distribution partners
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Own and manage cases from initiation through to resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up
• Build strong relationships with external partners to enhance collaboration and service delivery
• Provide regular operational updates and facilitate training sessions for partner organisations
• Address partner concerns proactively and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support business and operational initiatives that contribute to organisational objectives
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Operations Relationship Manager Should Have

• Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, relationship management, or insurance-related functions
• Exposure to life insurance operations, including New Business, Policy Servicing, and/or Claims administration
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both internal and external parties effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently while taking ownership of issues and outcomes
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset
