Clinical Support

• Assist GP in basic procedures and patient assessments.
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight, etc.).
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Assist in dressing wounds and administering injections under supervision.

Administrative Duties

• Register and manage patient appointments and records (manual or electronic).
• Handle patient inquiries and ensure smooth clinic workflow.
• Manage billing and payments (cash, insurance claims, etc.).
• Maintain and update stock of medical supplies and medications.

Patient Care

• Provide basic health guidance and instructions as advised by the doctor.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during their clinic visit.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

General Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic area.
• Dispose of medical waste according to safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
