is seeking a
Purchasing & Admin Assistant
to join their dynamic team:

Position:
Purchasing & Admin Assistant
Location:
Tampines
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary Package:
Up to $3,300 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration, documentation and correspondence.
Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, delivery documents and receiving records.
Coordinate local and overseas deliveries and track shipments and invoices.
Maintain inventory and project records, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Monitor purchase orders and supplier deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
Assist with supplier sourcing, price comparisons and supplier performance follow-up.
Verify supplier invoices and maintain purchasing and supplier records.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
Comfortable working with documents, numbers and data entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
ERP/inventory system experience is an advantage.
Experience in purchasing technical or semiconductor-related parts is an added advantage.
Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
