岗位职责

Job Descriptions:
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports
  • Assist/support the Accountant with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assist/support the Accountant with the periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes
  • Stay updated on accounting principles and best practices
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Accountant for work related
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accountancy or relevant Financial Accounting certificates
  • 1 Year Accounting and bookkeeping related experience, including handling AR and AP
  • Proficient in accounting software, Google sheets, Google drive, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
