Job Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing supply chain audit programmes based on qualified supplier risk assessments and new supplier qualification needs.
• Developing and implementing internal audit programmes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards and continuous improvement.
• To execute planned supplier and internal audit programmes in a timely manner.
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on the audit findings and observations of internal and supplier audit.
• To facilitate external quality, regulatory and customer audits to ensure compliance with the respective standards.
• To maintain and notify relevant stakeholders on the schedule of external quality audits to ensure all necessary planning are completed and comprehensive.
• To provide monthly reports on the status of quality compliance matters conducted.
• To review the CAPA response for internal and external audit findings and ensure timely and appropriate response to the auditing body.
• To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks provided by superior.

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Science or any related discipline.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good communication and analytical skills
