Role Description

The Brand Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. In this position, the individual will represent client brands in face-to-face customer interactions, communicate product or service benefits clearly, and support customer acquisition activities at events, roadshows, and other field locations. Responsibilities include executing brand awareness campaigns, engaging with potential customers, collecting feedback, and maintaining a professional brand image. The role also involves meeting daily and weekly performance targets, participating in training and coaching sessions, and collaborating with team members to improve campaign results. The Brand Marketing Executive is expected to contribute ideas for enhancing customer engagement and refining marketing messages.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively in face-to-face customer interactions.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing principles, and brand awareness, with an interest in customer acquisition and campaign execution.
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, manage time well, and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learning, feedback, and continuous development.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and customers, demonstrating professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
• Fresh graduate or Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
