Key Responsibilities (Store Associate)


Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections with customers.
Drive sales by confidently sharing product knowledge and styling recommendations.
Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Replenish stock and support inventory management.
Assist with cashiering, store operations, and daily housekeeping duties.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.


Key Responsibilities (Assistant Store Supervisor)

Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Support store performance, sales growth, and daily operations.
Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
Ensure excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Oversee rostering, staffing, and operational compliance.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
