CONTRACT DETAILS

Contract period: November 2026 to 2028 (2 years)

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work location: Near Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

JOB SCOPE

Manage and supervise the Vacant Possession (VP) and defect team.

Manage a small team of 4–5 defect officers.

Arrange and delegate tasks to ensure the smooth progress of VP.

Handle customer enquiries and defect submissions.

Coordinate with technical departments to obtain the necessary advice before responding to related queries.

Update VP and defect status records and prepare reports.

Ensure a positive customer experience.

CRITERIA

Good communication and public relations skills.

Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate leadership.

Able to handle ad-hoc circumstances while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Preferably with working experience in property VP and defects management.

TRAINING & BRIEFING

Training and briefing will be provided.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
