JobSummary:

ElectricianSupervisor to lead and execute electrical works in factory plant thatmanufacture electrical switchboard (MSB, MCC, SB, DB and PLC panel). This rolerequires both hands-on technical ability and the capability to oversee jobexecution on-site.

KeyResponsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for electrical systems
• Execute and supervise Switchboard electrical installation works
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate with team members and ensure jobs are completed on time
• Provide problem solving and technical guidance

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Switchboard electrical works
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
• Able to work independently and manage on-site situations
