Role Descr</strong>iption The Java Technical Delivery Manager (Mandarin Proficiency) is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Java-based technology solutions. This role oversees project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements, quality standards, and timelines. The person in this position collaborates closely with cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, including Mandarin-speaking counterparts, to manage scope, risks, and dependencies. Daily activities include coordinating development efforts, monitoring progress, resolving delivery issues, and optimizing processes for continuous improvement. The role also involves mentoring team members, facilitating effective communication, and providing regular status updates and technical guidance to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex Java solution delivery and stakeholder expectations.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Leadership and Communication skills to guide technical teams and collaborate with clients and internal partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, troubleshoot issues, and make data-informed delivery decisions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Java technologies and related frameworks, with experience in end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Candidates should possess professional proficiency in Mandarin and English to manage communication with multilingual stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience in managing on-site delivery teams in a technology or consulting environment, ideally in Singapore or similar markets.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, and experience with tools for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
