Job Summary

You will manage bookkeeping and order processing tasks to support smooth business operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, stock control, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Use Xero software to record and manage financial transactions accurately for bookkeeping purposes
• Perform simple bookkeeping tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records for the company
• Process customer orders received via WhatsApp, email, and phone to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Issue invoices promptly and accurately to customers to facilitate payment collection
• Conduct stock taking regularly to maintain accurate inventory records and support supply management
• Work a 5-day work week to support daily business operations - (9am - 5pm)
