Responsibilities :

• Perform trade matching & arrange trade settlement for managed funds/accounts

• Coordinate trade instruction for managed funds/accounts with custodians

• Prepare and review daily valuation report, perform reconciliations follow up with discrepancies

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve daily operation issues

• Perform account opening, client KYC and AML process

• Assist in drafting financial statement, annual audit of funds and regulatory filings

• Comply with the internal workflows, procedures and relevant SFC regulatory requirements

• Support business development team on new funds launch and product development

• Assist the investment team to prepare research reports and other ad hoc reports for business purpose

• Perform all such other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related disciplines

• 2 years working experience in asset management in capacity of operations roles

• Operations experience in money market fund, SFC authorized fund, unit trust and ETF is strongly preferred

• Good command in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

• Experience in EZE TRADAR software and Bloomberg is a plus

• Proficient in VBA knowledge is a distinct advantage

• Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Immediate available is preferred
