Job Description

-       Receive & process all loan applications

-       Assist in vehicle valuations, perform borrower credit searches, verification checks

-       Follow-up with dealers to ensure document completeness for applications and disbursements   

-       Handle all aspects of disbursements from Hire Purchase agreement documentation to system account creation/data inputs

-       Support the roll-out and adoption of online hire purchase application       

-       Handle and process all sales leads generated across various marketing channels eg website, online, social media, eDM, phone-ins, referrals, cross-sell etc

-       Update sales dashboards, sharepoint reports and all MIS as required

-       Act as alternate point-of-contact for dealers in resolving issues relating to applications & disbursements

Job Requirements
-       GCE ‘O’ level or higher

-       2 years’ experience in a credit processing role, preferably in car financing
