Description of Tasks

• Have at least three years of relevant IT helpdesk or desktop support experience, including troubleshooting issues beyond basic first-line support.
•  Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, ownership of issues and a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Have good communication skills and be able to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users.

• Have hands-on experience supporting Windows computers, Microsoft 365,printers, peripherals and basic network connectivity.

• Proven Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience within a busy, high volume call environment.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision from Customer
