• Recommend products based on customer's skin tone, skin type, and personal preference.

• Perform all Beauty Advisor duties consistently.

• Mentor and guide junior Beauty Advisors on product knowledge and selling techniques.

• Lead the sales floor during assigned shifts.

• Ensure smooth daily store operations.

• Help to monitor daily and monthly sales targets.

• Assist the Store Manager or Supervisor in training new staff.

• Ensure the assigned category is well-merchandised and stocked.

• Report sales performance and stock issues to the Supervisor or Manager.

• Lead by example in grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics retail.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

• Deep knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin types, and makeup application.

• Friendly, presentable, and confident.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Diploma or certification in beauty or cosmetology is an advantage.

• Can speak in Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese
