Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Participating in recruitment drive and career fair
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Onboarding & Orientation

• Design and deliver structured onboarding programs.
• Ensure new hires are integrated into company culture and processes.

Employee Engagement

• Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback.
• Organize engagement activities to boost morale and retention.

Performance & Development

• Implement performance appraisal systems.
• Support career development planning and succession management.
• Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps.

Compensation & Benefits

• Assist in payroll inquiries, benefits, and incentive programs.
• Benchmark compensation against industry standards.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Employee Relations

• Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns.

HR Analytics

• Track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness).
• Provide insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to travel to a few locations such as Kepong, Cheras, Shah Alam and so on.

Work Location: In person
