About the role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to support our marketing and communications activities. The role will be involved in developing marketing materials, creating digital content, managing social media and website content, and supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is creative, organised, enjoys working with content and design, and has a passion for marketing and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop marketing materials, packaging, brochures, flyers and other promotional materials.

• Coordinate and assist with the design and production of print and digital marketing materials.

• Create engaging content for corporate newsletters, social media and other communication channels.

• Develop marketing communication materials in accordance with Global Brand Identity (GBI) guidelines.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing communication campaigns and initiatives.

• Maintain and update website content and assist with website design improvements.

• Support public relations activities to promote the company's products and services.

• Develop marketing content and communications for key stakeholders and customer references.

• Assist with photography, videography and other multimedia content creation.

• Provide general administrative and coordination support for marketing activities.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing projects are delivered effectively and on time.

About you

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Design or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Passionate about marketing, social media and creating engaging content.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools would be an advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative, organised and detail-oriented.

• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.

• Able to work independently as well as effectively in a team.

Other Information:

• 5 days’ work week
• 8.30am – 5.30pm
• We are located in Sungei Kadut and provide transport to and fro Yew Tee MRT
