Key responsibilities

1. Perform post-trade checks and reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and follow up with relevant teams to resolve them.
2. Perform weekly trade close-outs.
3. Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
4. Maintain trade records and file supporting documentation.
5. Assist with ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new systems.
4. Good communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills to work effectively with internal teams and external parties.
5. A team player who is willing to support colleagues when needed.
6. Previous experience in trade support, reconciliation or back-office operations would be an advantage.
