Malaysian citizen

Must have working knowledge of BIM Modelling, Revit and AutoCAD

Relevant qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Draughting, BIM or related field

Experience in HVAC / ACMV drafting is an advantage

Able to understand technical drawings and construction details

Good knowledge of BIM coordination and modelling

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet project deadlines

Able to work independently as well as with the project team

Willing to travel / work at project sites when required

Prepare and update HVAC / ACMV drawings for construction and installation works

Develop BIM models and coordinate drawings using Revit

Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD

Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and installation details

Coordinate drawings with engineers, site supervisors and other trades

Make revisions according to site conditions and project requirements

Assist with quantity take-off and technical documentation when required

Ensure drawings are accurate, properly coordinated and issued according to project requirements
