Job Description:

• Carry out daily purchasing and procurement activities.

• Source materials and obtain quotations from suppliers; work with established suppliers where applicable.

• Negotiate prices and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

• Resolve procurement-related issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and stock turnover to maintain adequate stock availability.

Requirements:

• Diploma qualification or equivalent.

• Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in a work environment.

• Relevant procurement experience in mechanical parts, construction, wholesale trade or related industries.

• Good negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Stable employment history and the ability to manage purchasing tasks independently.
