Job Summary

The Project Coordinator supports planning, coordination, tracking, and administrative activities for IT projects, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities to support timely project execution and delivery
• Track project progress, action items, milestones, and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence
• Support project scheduling, meeting coordination, and resource planning to optimize team efficiency
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and trackers for transparency
• Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or risks for proactive management
• Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, approvals, and action items to ensure completion
• Arrange project meetings, workshops, and discussions, preparing agendas and presentation materials
• Document minutes of meetings (MOM) and track action items for timely follow-up
• Facilitate clear communication between project teams and stakeholders to align expectations
• Support preparation of weekly and monthly project status reports and management updates
• Maintain project documentation repository with version control for audit readiness
• Prepare and update risk and issue logs, change request records, deployment schedules, and governance slides
• Support compliance with project governance processes, tracking approvals, signoffs, and submission deadlines
• Assist coordination of project reviews, testing activities, and deployment preparation with technical teams
