Position Overview:
The Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Financial statement, AP/AR listing.

2. Petty cash and bank reconciliation

3. Data entry, sales reporting and validation of sales and expenses

4. Assists in budget/forecast and variance analysis

5. Full set accounts experience (good to have, if no we can guide)

6. Consolidation of accounts experience (good to have )

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

8. Assets listing maintenance

9. Involve in inventory cycle count

10. Liaise with external parties (e.g. Auditor, tax agent, Corp sec, etc)

11. Continuous process improvement and ad hoc projects involvement

Experiences and education:
1. ACCA/LCCI/Diploma/Degree with similar certification.

2. Minimum 3years of full set experience for accounts executive

3. Minimum 5years of full set experience for senior executive

4. Good in excel / google sheet - a must

5. Experience in Xero accounting software (preferred but not a must)

Job summary

Responsible for daily accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance while supporting budgeting, analysis.
