机械（高级）工程师 / Senior Mechanism Engineer

职位要求（Qualifications）

Proficient in SolidWorks/AutoCAD for customized equipment design, with full project development experience

Familiar with design principles & manufacturing processes of conveyors, robots, fixtures, etc

Typically 5+ years preferred mechanical design exp in automation; strong problem-solving, collaborates with R&D/production

Major in Mech Eng or Mechatronics;

English required, Mandarin preferred (for HQ communication).

Able to travel overseas depending on project assignment

熟练使用SolidWorks/AutoCAD，能独立完成非标设备设计，有完整项目经验。

熟悉输送线、机械手、工装夹具等非标设备的设计原理与制造工艺。

5年以上非标机械设计经验，问题解决能力强，能配合研发生产完成产品落地。

专业：机械设计制造或机电一体化；

中英双语工作交流，能适应长期国外出差并现场主导调试改善。

岗位职责（Responsibilities）

Mechanical structure design, scheme optimization, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with electrical engineers for integration, solve mechanical issues during design/production;

Participate in prototype, commissioning, and optimization to meet specs.

Supplier coordination for parts procurement review and quality control.

负责机械结构设计、方案优化及技术文档编制。

配合电气完成设备集成，解决设计生产过程机械问题，参与样机试制调试优化确保符合设计要求。

对接供应商完成零部件采购审核和质量把控
