Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Advertise vacancies on job portals such as Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinating the onboarding process.
• Monitor recruitment progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Support other HR-related duties and recruitment projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online job portals.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
