Key Responsibilities
Provide professional massage, body and wellness treatments, including traditional Thai massage, in accordance with established treatment protocols
Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and aftercare
Deliver attentive and personalised service to ensure a high-quality guest experience
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, linen and treatment products
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, guest privacy and professional conduct
Promote suitable spa treatments, wellness packages and retail products
Maintain treatment records and support daily spa operations
Participate in professional training and team briefings when required
Requirements
Form 5 or secondary education level or above
Certificate, diploma or professional training in spa therapy, massage therapy, beauty therapy, wellness therapy or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years’ relevant hands-on experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist
Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in traditional Thai massage is required
Experience in aromatherapy, deep-tissue massage, hot-stone massage or body treatments is an advantage
Hotel, resort, luxury spa or international hospitality experience is preferred
Good spoken English; Cantonese or Putonghua is an advantage
Good communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
Professional, responsible and attentive to hygiene and guest safety
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
